Our professional Thai massage certification training course is a unique healing system of Thai yoga massage that includes “Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology for Thai Massage”. During the course you will learn how to evaluate the recipient’s condition and to ensure safety.
Moreover, we also focus on dynamic bodywork therapy based upon Thai yoga and ancient Indian Ayurveda practices, in which recipient’s postures resemble yoga stances. These include gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compression. Thai yoga (Rue-Si Dat Ton) and Indian yoga (Asana) styles are also used to open the joints and relieve tension of the muscle without creating any resistance, which facilitates the flow of life energy (Prana or Chi) flow, as well as the use of the popular Thai Herbal Ball compress.

HOW TO GET YOUR L2 CERTIFICATION

Unlike our Level 1 certification, there is only one avenue to earn your Level 2.
1. Complete your home study BEFORE our transformational retreat, then attend our 3-day in-person retreat to complete your Professional Thai massage therapist training.

All together this program entails 38 hours divided between home-study + live, practical retreat practice + after graduation support (see section below for more details).

Important note: Certificates from our mother school in Bangkok will be sent to you via post only after all training and testings are completed. The certifications are sent from and signed by Master Kong in Bangkok Thailand, and of course can only be signed off after all training is completed and passed.

34 hours in total: 10 hours home study + 21 hours practical application over 3-day retreat + 3 hours post-retreat private instruction with Jum via Zoom.

Includes our Professional Course Guide & Workbook, + one suggested reading book on Thai Table Massage Therapy.

Retreat course will focus on floor practice Thai massage.

Retreat includes introduction to Thai (Table) Stretch Therapy seminar. Discover how to perform effective Thai massage on a therapy table. Why do we include this? Career training. Many spas in North America use this model and some customers do not understand, desire or have mobility for the traditional floor model (optional).

This Pro program will also feature roughly 10 hours of Home Study and Practice.

3-day retreat will cover 21 hours of live training. 7 hours a day divided into morning and afternoon session blocks.

It is also expected that you will practice outside of these certification hours on your own before the retreat.

Retreat includes one Ahina yoga dusk group session (optional).

Program includes 1 X Quick Exams, 1 X Practice Final Test and 1 X Final Exam in which you will perform a complete professional focused Thai Massage 1 hour session with a client.

Upon passing practical exams you will receive 1 hard copy certificate from Thai Yoga & Healing Arts Training Center in Bangkok signed by Master Kong (mailed to you only after the successful completion of your program).

Post-retreat: 3 hours of private coaching (via Zoom) with Jum for any questions, concerns, or skill improvement (to be utilized within 90 days of retreat).
