This unique certificate workshop is delivered by Wikanda Eaka, Thai Bodyworks Instructor and Yoga 200 certified teacher, trained and certified authentically in Rishikesh, India, Muay Thai practitioner, and personal trainer.

 

This course is a full day dive into the foundations of Thai Bodywork with a goal to help clients destress, assist in CNS down regulation, recover faster, decrease post workout soreness, and improve mobility/flexibility.

Please be aware this is a non-therapeutic workshop only, and not meant to treat any chronic / acute injuries or physical illnesses. All attendees are asked to be in good health, with no diagnosed injuries/illneeeses that may detract from the teachings in this course. While stiff and sore muscles are one thing, tears, sprains and other acute based injuries are another. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us.

We also cannot allow any attendees with cancer, on muscle relaxants, currently in chemotherapy, pregnant, or diagnosed back pain from herniated disks), or other diseases/medications causing weakened muscles or infirmered. Ages 18 - 64 only.
